I really like this size...lots of smoke and flavor right off the bat. No holds bard with this vitola. So flavorful and spicy...with all the fruity goodness of the Opus line. Great finish. If you havn't been able the smoke a robusto yet...try to get your hands on one. Very much worth the price.

My first opus was a bit larger than a robusto, but I had a power ranger the other night that I guess you could compare to being of a rubusto size. I have to agree with you, huge difference between an "A" and a power ranger, same tastes but it takes a bit longer for the A to get going.

BTW, what shop did you get the FFOX at?

Had a Petit Lancero last night - moved right to the top of my favorites. The smaller sizes definately pack the best flavor punch. If the heat decides to go down a bit I may try a robusto later (one of the few OpusX's I haven't tried yet).

the shop favorite at the Outlaw for me and at least one of the guys i work with

The robusto is one of the sizes I like to keep in stock, it is my third favorite size behind the Fuente Fuente and Petite Lancero. If you like the robusto try and get your hands on a Perfexcion X. It is a toro size wrapped in cedar, very good smoke.
