Just returned from vacation.

And what a vacation it was, Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Valley of Fire, Hoover Dam and two days in Vegas to kick back. With my son, wife and two grandkids in tow we put in over a thousand miles in three days of desert driving, temperatures were over 100 degrees F. the entire time. I have to say the heat didn't get to us midwesterners the way i thought it would, must be something to the saying that it's a dry heat. As great a time as we had, it's good to be back home, ymmv! :laugh:

I agree, sometime the best part of a vacation is getting back home... Not very often though!!!

You know i did, only one little problem. While visiting Hoover Dam the air died on the rental van, after driving fifty miles to return it, in 110 degree f, i left my traveldor in the glove compartment. Good thing it happened on the last day of vacation, i'm negotiating right now to get it returned, but i'm not holding my breath. Some kid is probably hollowing my two remaining monte #2 and using them for blunts.
