1 part coarse ground coffee , 4-7 parts water(I find 5 parts works best for us)
Room temp water in a vessel
Put coffee grounds in cheese cloth or coffe filter
Put in water 10-12 hours , I normal just start before I go to bed
In morning put in fridge
