These are one of my favortie things to make, but I only do it once a year. As this coming Tuesday is Mardi Gras I made my King Cakes. I use this recipe for the cakes. My wife gets to pick the filling. This year we made cream cheese and blueberry filled cakes. I'll post photos of the final product later. Happy Mardi Gras everyone.
