Kudos to Uptown Cigars

Hopefully this is the right place to post this but I wanted to publicly "call out" Uptown Cigars (Kingston, NY) and Israel for being absolutely amazing in their customer service and speed. Israel was kind enough, a while ago, to give me oodles of matches (and some simple cutters) when I was having difficulty finding some. And my recent order (Padron 1926 #1 Maduro, Padron 1926 #2 Natural, Don Pepin Vegas Cubanos and La Flor Dominicana Limitado III) included not only the cigars but a personal thank you and sweets. This is what I call good service. So if you are looking for a shop, visit there..

Israel and the other good folks at Uptown are among the best. Just before last year's QSH, LouieD and I spent a morning with these guys drinking coffee and smoking great cigars. A great bunch of folks and a great B&M store.

I've said it before but it bears repeating; we are very fortunate to have a number of absolutely fantastic B&M owners and staff that are regular contributors to Cigar Pass. Israel and Uptown cigar are in the first row, to be sure.... :thumbs:

Good all SyrLinus! Everyone I have ever spoken to at Uptown has been very helpful and extremely courteous. Smokes are delivered at a record pace and arrive in great shape! Kudos on you and your staff Isy!
