That clip makes me laugh so hard!

It is funny because that is about the way every Army operations starts.

A great plan is made, everyone is briefed and on the same page, except the gung ho Battalion Commander that charges in like he is the freaking Calvary.

oh wait, we are the freaking Calvary

THis clip is freaking hysterical. Do not watch with a mouthful of coffee, I busted out laughing and nearly stangled.

Since the release of that movie Leroy has become a pretty big star at the different gaming events like Bliz-con were he will come out on stage and give his memorable quote. He also shocks the audience when they see he is white.

It's called an RPG (Role Playing Game). One person controls one character. Groups of people over the internet gather in the game to try and conquer it. In this instance, the group had stopped to gather themselves and set a further plan of action. Leeroy Jenkins proceeds to COMPLETLY screw up all plans when he becomes rougue and makes an ass of himself by charging the room on his own. He then gets the entire group killed and goes back to where they started....

Yep, what makes this funny for me is there always seems to be a Leroy Jenkins in every group.

When I played football in high school, we has a linebacker who was a great athlete, but not the sharpest knife in the drawer. In one game we were getting killed by three linemen who were pulling stunt blocks and the offense was picking up 4- yards a carry. We get in the huddle, call the play, assign the blocks, and knew we has a way to stop this. Our Leeroy Jenkins gets all enthused, ball snaps, he shouts some incoherent scream, chargese straifht into the line and get double teamed. I get knocked three yards in the air like a cartoon character by the lineman he was supposed to hit, leaving the middle wide open for the quarterback to run 30 yards for a touchdown. Everyone seemed to be on the same page....

So this is the online role playing visual of my reminiscing my glory days and wanting to kill Jack Wills for being a Leeroy Jenkins.

CC - hope this helps

MMORPG - Massively Mulitplayer Online Role Playing Game Lets you play a RPG with thousands of real people, instead of a computer program generated character. It is a large online community where gaming is the key aspect. World of Warcraft, and Guild Wars are 2 of the biggest.

The Leeroy Jenkins clip is taken from a MMORPG named World of Warcraft (WoW). It is funny because if you listen to the teamspeak, the live chatter, between the the players, no one wants to start this mission, the only reason the were thinking about it is because Leeroy needed an item that would be received during the mission. So, they make a plan, a pretty good one at that, and then Leeroy, who was obviously not at the computer during the planning process, just goes "rogue" and proceeds to get himself and everyone else killed.

I have never played WoW, but I do play GuildWars, and have had this happen to myself a few times....
