Finally got my order in from Famous Cigar...big box of Padron Fumas, a box of Ramon Allones Ultimos, and a few other goodies...

They also had CAO flavored samplers on sale and while im not a big flavored cigar fan i threw an order of those on too but i must admit...these flat out knocked my socks off! I got 5 different flavors... Bella Vanilla Cigarillos, Earth Nectar Cigarillos, Eileen's Dream Cigarillos, Gold Honey Cigarillos, and Moonntrance Cigarillos...all small at a 4X30. Now these arent your average, run of the mill, flavored smokes in any way. They are mildly sweet and flavorful, but not overpowering and nausiatingly sweet like most flavoreds seem to be nowdays. You get a hint of the flavoring, but still get lots of great high quality tobacco taste. The aroma is very pleasing as well. Their on the milder side of medium strength and are VERY smooth. I had two with my morning coffee and a couple more throught the day and didnt find a flavor that i found offensive at all. The Eileen's Dream ones(Irish Cream and Truffles) were a real treat with the coffee! These things will make FANTASTIC morning smokes....and for about a buck a peice, their quite inexpensive. I think most of the flavor haters would be pleasently surprized! :p

I bought some of the Moontrance CAO flavored cigars when I first started smoking...a worker at a local cigar shop said it was popular.

What I remember was that it was really easy to smoke...not overpowering like Jeffro said.

I have yet to try the others.

If you're looking to get cigar-curious friends to try cigars...or if your wife or girlfriend wants to try one, these are it.

Inexpensive and easy to smoke.

See!

I tried Mango flavored Cojimar cigarillos.
It tasted like I was smoking metal.

Moontrance was a very smooth, lightly sweet smoke.
I wouldn't mind buying a box of these to smoke once in a while.

I should purchase one of those samplers to see if the others are worth trying. The vanilla honey one sounds good!

Ive had the CAO Karma Sutra Splash, Moontrance, Eileens dream, Honey, Earth Nectars and have loved them all except for the eileens dream. I really liked em for a good quick smoke or to change it up sometimes. im glad yah liked e'm. they also sell them in I think corona, yea corona im pretty sure.

Yeah, that lovely brown truck hit me hard today. I just love when I hear the roar of that engine come down my street, especially when it stops right in front of my house. Today, I got two packages! One came from my buddy who lives down in Tampa. He and I occasionally swap smokes. It was his turn and he gave me some A. Fuente's and some local sticks that apparently are rolled in Ybor. I was skeptical about it since it's rolled in Tampa and comes without a label. However, it was quite tasty! I'll have to find out more about what the heck it was. The second package was a box of Perdomo Parejo Belicoso Fino Rosados that I love to smoke while watching football games (because the suckers taste pretty good and last forever at 6.5 x 60!)

Oh-oh the UPS truck is a-comin' down the street,
Oh please let it stop for me...
Oh-oh the UPS truck is a-comin' down the street,
I wish I wish I knew what it could be!

With apologies to Meredith Wilson...

Wow, the talent that we have on this forum is amazing! Nice work, Neuromancer, although I hope you didn't spend too much time on that little piece of work ;)

Actually, I can't claim sole credit...Meredith Wilson did have some input to it...he pawned off some lyrics on me that he used in some dippy little musical called "The Music Man," that I heard was a real box office bust... :D :D :D

yeah, the girlfriend is crazy about the tubos. I guess I should buy her some... but then she'd need somewhere to keep them, and i'm not giving in on that one! ;)

I have always liked the Havana Honeys. Does anyone know of a good place to buy them? I used to bum them off of I friend, but since I moved back to College Station everthing I buy gets dropped off by the big brown truck, which I am actually skipping class to wait for today.

I think their plain gross, but you can get them at almost any of the vendors sites for about the same price.
