I read somewhere that the V cut is the best for chisel type smokes, which I'm going to try when I smoke them this weekend. Looking forward to smoking these bad boys! :whistling:

Fantastic review. Great read. You should try this for a living. I have a DL chisel in the humi now. My brother-in-law gave it to me after he smoked one and it kick his butt big time. It was as much fun watching him as it was reading your review. I will "man up" one day and smoke the DL. If I survive I will post a review.

I've noticed every time I cut a chisel, I crack about 1/2 inch of the wrapper just past the cut.

Using a XiKar Xi3 to do the deed, other times my Palió.

I've resorted to getting it a little moist before I chop, and it's helped a little.

Great review! I love me some Chisel but also think their strength is a bit overrated . . . maybe some BOTL are just wussies! :whistling:

The Chisel maddie and the little mini chisel are noticeably stronger, however.

MadMonk smokes Chisels in his nose.. Not exhaling out of his nose. But he actually puts the cigar in his nose and smokes it.... I sware!
