Looking for this sticker file

The file I have is not good.

When I print it out the lettering comes out all fuzzy.

I tried resizing the image put the pixelation gets worse.

Does anyone on here have the priginal file I could copy?

I did this is PS.

But do you notice how fuzzy it looks.

ANy idea how to fix that?

There are settings you can choose to create a high res image which is printable. I usually do the artwork and let my printing company take care of the rest. I'm sure someone here knows what the settings should be so you can print it.
