Yup! Huge win for the industry, cigar smokers, and freedom in general.
I have no doubt that the anti-tobacco lobby with come back with another attack eventually. There's also the question of a likely DOJ appeal for this decision.
But for now, it appears we're safe from the FDA. Time to light up a cigar to celebrate.
