Lots of talk in the cigarsnob thread about a "lotto". Can someone explain this to the newb? what is it? how does it work? do/should we have one here? etc....

Try a search, there were a couple threads a while back about lotto numbers being available which explained exactly how the lotto works.

You pick a number or two or three that are available. The lotto is based off of the Virginia lotto, held on every 10th of the month. If the last 2 numbers of the lotto are your numbers, you win. If you lose, you send the same amount of cigars as numbers you "own" to the winner. The winners have made out very well w/ the winnings. Over there it's a Premium Lotto.....so the winners receive Opus, Padrons, Habanos, and other premiums.

Lottos are fun, but can be work to administer depending on how many people play.
