Low Fat Ranch Dip

Quick and easy dip, that isn't the best thing in the world, but if you put it on vegetables then its not that bad.

1 block Fat Free Cream cheese
1 cup (ish) Low Fat Sour Cream
1 package Ranch Dip Mix
Low Fat Shredded Cheese to Taste

Soften Cream Cheese and mix with other ingredients until smooth.

Put on the allowable vegetables it looks like it would be great on a "low carb" type menu!
