So a few weeks ago I was grilling up some butterflied pork chops and I wanted to try something new. They first got a good rub down with McCormick's Montreol Steak Seasoning Next they were tenderized quite well with a fork and LITTLE bits of maple syrup were added and spread around and allowed to seep into the meat. Dont go crazy, you only want a small hint. Finally a dash of grated Parmasean cheese. Each flavor comes in a little at a time if you do it right.
