DoD banned it over a year ago on all DoD networks. Along with YouTube, eBay, etc. etc.

I work on a military post, and cigarpass is not blocked but alot of the other myspace etc are blocked. I have seen alot of people on facebook at my job, don't know why it isn't banned.
