I can't say exactly what happened, as I am not sure if he would be ok with it, but I will say that the man is a true BOTL. Not only was he very nice to talk to over the phone and very helpful, he took care of me big time when things went awry. Top notch vendor, and I wanted to thank him publicly so that my fellow noobs can realize what they are missing out on if they haven't ordered from him yet. :thumbs:
