Medieval II Total War

Just bought this game and I am hooked.

If you ever played Civilization, this game is similar.

Just tole my wife that she may have to take a snow shovel to get my butt out of this chair for the next couple days.

Is this a Sid Meyers game? I loved Civ and Civ II. My current favorite is Company of Heros.

Ive heard it is good I will try it as soon as Ive clocked EE 2

It is put out by Sega.

There is a demo that you can download, it has a few of the historical battles that you can play to get a feel for the combat part of the game.

You got armies, diplomats, merchants, spies, the Pope, etc.. You start out playing England, but can choose other factions to play as you progress in the game and they are unlocked. Pretty complex once you build up a number of cities to keep an eye on.

Just don't make war with Scotland when most of your armies are in France. Not a pretty sight.
