It's contained. I inspected every single box before putting them in the new humidor, which is a temperature-controlled model.

Never actually saw the wormy side of those things, only the holes and the full grwon beetles once a long time ago, up close and in person.

They do their damage chomping through your cigars in the larva stage; the beetle stage of life exists to lay eggs and spread their nastiness.
