I want to have some terms and other things clear before I start reading more of these threads. English is not my native language, so some terms might not explain themselves to me. So, if you kind gentlemen/ladies would answer these simple (?) questions, I would appreciate it very much.

1. Do only Americans participate in cigar passes?

2. What is an ISOM?

3. RTDA?

4. What's a "dog rocket"? :D

5. PAM = ?

6. What does it mean if a cigar has a good draw?

7. What does it mean when a cigar is "creamy"?

Thank in advance for any answers!

Check out CigarPass.com homepage and you'll see a link to cigar lingo. It'll answer most of those questions. ;)

If you don't find the answers you're looking for feel free to ask again.

#7.. how many lazy asses are there at CP who won't answer some simple questions.... :sign: :p :D

1. Do only Americans participate in cigar passes?

No, but generally it gets to be a headache shipping back and forth overseas. So, most times the box passes will stay stateside. But, that's not a rule or anything.

2. What is an ISOM?

Internet term for Island South of Miami, which is short for a Cuban cigar. People used to believe big brother was watching and thought they needed some way to fool him. LMAO!

3. RTDA?

Retail Tobacco Distributors Association

4. What's a "dog rocket"?

General term for a cigar that tastes bad. Equates it with dog feces. It's all relative to each person as to what is a dog rocket and what is not. But, some cigars are pretty much that to everyone.

5. PAM = ?

Padron Anniversario Maduro, PAN would be Padron Anniversario natural

6. What does it mean if a cigar has a good draw?

The air is pulled through the cigar easily when puffed on.

7. What does it mean when a cigar is "creamy"?

SamClemmons had it between his legs before you smoked it.
