Bacchus is in the Hilton Lac-Leamy, right beside the Hull Casino. They do not have a cutting fee, but if you bring your own smokes, you should buy your drinks there. Good selection of single malts, prices for a basic blend are/were under $10. Last time I was there I had a (few) decent VS Cognacs for under $10.
