Mold ?

Got these cigars, and saw the same thing in the first box, so I immediately had them replace. Unfortunately the second shipment contained the same thing. I ordered them from JR Cigars in case that helps. I don't want them anywhere near my humidor until I get it sorted out and wanted to see if I could get any additional info from you guys before I return them again. Thanks for your help again.

....sure looks like mold to these nO0b eyes. FWIW - the last box of gars I got from JR while packed perfectly and shipped promptly must have been "soaking wet" when shipped, as my guess is that once they got good and hot in transit, a bunch of 'em split / fell apart. Again, they were on the spot in shipping out replacements but still....

The first shipment visibly looked like they had water damage, the wrapper was "crinkly" looking for lack of a better word. Thanks though. I thought it was mold as well, so they will probably go back and I'll look for something else.
