This actually was discussed a few months ago with the possibility of a Herf there this summer. I think it is something like $70/ticket.
I have been there before, as they allowed the suite patrons in last year for free, and I was lucky enough to be there with my company entertaining clients.
Was a neat experience, but I think if you want to do a cigar-type event with a Pirates game, there are several places outside the stadium that have outdoor seating where you can smoke.
Don't get me wrong, I did like the experience, especially since we hit it up after the game, let traffic die down, etc. I didn't check out the view, but some people have said it's not that great.
So, my experience is limited to after a game. I am sure some people have watched games from there and they can comment.
