MP3 player help re duplicate songs

I suck at computers and have managed to get several songs loaded twice. Partially because I like collections like best of the 80's etc. and they always have a few of the same songs on each CD. I would like to find a program that wold search and let me delete duplicate songs from my Sony Walkman MP3 player.

I know iTunes has a "show duplicates" feature under the "view" heading of the file menu, so you may want to see if whatever program you use to load songs onto your sony walkman also has that feature. If not, I believe iTunes can be configured to delete songs from your hard drive that are deleted from your itunes library. Hope that helps.
