My name is Joe, I own a small retail store in Slippery Rock Pa. I’m working on opening a new site: Cigar America.net,. Thanks to some of your input I still have a lot of work to do.

I’m very serious about customer service, being so small every customer is VERY important to me. I’ll never claim to be perfect but if in a rare occasion there is a problem I will make it right.

This is a pretty good start. Welcome to CP, Joe. We look forward to your continued participation. The freebies aren't required to pay your penance, just contibute in an honest manner. Down the road, if you feel like you want to participate in the CP herf or any other activity I certainly hope you do. Don't do it now, that just seems to me like you're trying to buy some friends, and cheapens your apology. Oh, and make sure you add some contact info to your website, that is just good business.
