I'm just now realizing that many of the Monster Mash's have a closed foot, sans the Wolf which has that unfinished foot. It should be noted for those fallowing at home that the Mash is all different vitolas while the Smash is all the same size with a soft box press.
1/3: A blast of nuts on the first puff. Then spice joins in resulting in something resembling cashew/walnut with a habanero flavoring. The nuts tone down some towards the end of the first third. Finally a crema flavor enters the picture making me think heavily of Mexican food. I don't know why I'm going Mexican but this is now influencing my dinner plans.
2/3: Sharp transition to sandalwood. Undertones of black pepper. That crema that I mentioned previously joins in from time to time.
3/3: Entering the final third, the crema takes center stage. This is fine by me as it is delicious.
Final thoughts: This may be my favorite of the bunch so far.
