My first trip to Two Brothers, Dallas,TX

This afternoon dk_ace and myself decided to hit a few cigars shops while I was in Dallas. We went to our usual stop first "Cigar Lounge" on Virginia st in McKinney. Then made our way to another shop that I am not a huge fan of and don't even know the name of. To finish off we decided to go for our first time to Two Brothers. As soon as we pulled up I was excited to see cars since there would actually be some people there besides the workers. As soon as we walked in we were greeted from the back of the building by the guy running the place today, which was great since I normally walk in to a shop and there is just silence or a quick hello. He welcomed us to the place and showed us to to the humi, and told us if we had any questions to find him and he would help us out. I was already loving the place from the friendly atmosphere and the size of it, and then I walked into the humi. I wasn't sure where to start looking at. After I got started and had been looking for a few minutes the guy came back in and asked if we needed help finding anything in particular. I couldn't find the Opus X line, and he quickly showed me where it was and asked me if I wanted any out of the case. Of course I did, and then continued my wandering to see what lines he had that I couldn't get at the other shops. After I finished making my selection I made my way to the counter to check out. I am used to shops where after you check out they kind of look at you like, ok you can go now, but not at Two Brothers. He quickly invited us to stay around and smoke some cigars with them and enjoy the football game, but unfortunately dk_ace had to get back to the house to work on his college stuff. Maybe next time we can hang around with the guys there for a while.

Overall it was a great experience that I can't wait to have again. I am thoroughly looking forward to another trip to Two Brothers. My home shop may have to change after today's trip. :thumbs:
