Need help identifying a cigar

Actually, the origin of the cigar. 'Vicomte de Valmont Cigars' Delmonio. Black tube, red and gold band with a picture of the namesake and dueling pistols. Received in a trade and trader thinks the cigar may have come from the Czech Republic..... ???

Interesting find...wonder how many have a clue in reading the language? :whistling: But to see its a Nicaraguan wrapper I believe. Just interesting to see its sold in Czech Republic. But again I saw a Honduran cigar in Moscow that I never heard of either.
