I normally like to keep things pretty private about my personal life, but recently I am in a situation where I am hoping one of my BOTL can help educate me. I am trying to get more custody of my daughters (50/50) but their mom is giving me a hard time. I can get into more detail through PM. Ever since my divorce 8 years ago, I've always requested 50/50.
Is there any brothers out there that can enlighten me on what options I have? What I should do? What are my chances on obtaining 50/50?
I was in the process of getting a lawyer but he advised me to approach my ex first and then go through the proper channels (mediation) before we take her to court.
Please PM me with any advice and if you've experience the same type of custody issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
