Need some website help

Need some help from someone experienced in website design, SEO, and other things. This is for business so I won't link it here but I need some optimizing done to my blog style real estate website. I did everything myself and I had to learn everything as I went. Feel like I need some more professional things done to get me the traffic I want.

Also I should add, it is a Wordpress Blog so would prefer someone experienced with it.

May be able to work out a nice 5er or something for some help done. Please PM....
