I've had a domain name registered for almost two years now and think it's time to do something with it.

I would like to have a website to post family pictures and use email with the domain name.

Who should I contact?

While it isn't my job per say, I've been doing web pages for about a decade. It really isn't that hard once you get the hang of the basics. It's just a markup language, after all.
