Proposed legislation in the "Live Free or Die" state...

Recently the New Hampshire Senate proposed a bill to ban smoking in all restaurants and private clubs. The Bill (SB-42) will be presented to the New Hampshire House of Representatives in the next few weeks.

This Bill will pass and be singned by Gov. Lynch. It nearly passed last session when it was introduced by a Republican from the seacoast. Now with Dems in complete control of the State it's as good as done.
