police chased an asian looking man into the stockwell subway where they knock him down and in the struggle shot and killed him. also in east london armed police have surrounded a mosque. things seem to be getting hotter in london.

hope the "trickle down effect" doesn't happen here in the U.S. I have heard the NYPD has begun random searches in the subway, but the ACLU is up in arms, they are warning if the cops use "racial profiling" they will sue. Give me a f*****n break.

My Mom is 75 but in very good health and flies often to visit family living on the east coast. Without fail, she always get the detailed search. She's very good natured about it, but says with a laugh; "I didn't know it was Danish Grandmothers they were having the problems with"..... :laugh: :laugh:

we probably will have to give up some of our freedoms because of these aholes! why does everybody have to change for them, from what i see, their way of life is sh@t, you'd think they would want to emulate the west, JERKS!

Hmmm...,wow, it's kind of hard not to profile against race or religon on this. Do we see caucasian (white) Baptist males or females suicide bombing?

What do others think on this regarding racial profiling terrorists? Especially law enforcement members here.

Is this a touchy subject to hit on here at CP?

I'd guess yes. Anything dealing w/ racial profiling will get controversial. Check out the damn accident thread and see how a few young "kids" turn the entire thread upside down.
