Ive searched this before asking, but.. what is a HERF?.. Acronym?(Feels like the nerd from Saving Private Ryan looking for "FUBAR" in his German dictionary)

Herf is also sometimes used to refer to drawing smoke into one's mouth from a cigar, or the act of "herfing" a cigar.
