With Maduro in power in Venezuela the flow of free oil will continue to Cuba with no anticipated power outages this summer as long as Chavez's Cuban cronies are running things. The black market exchange rate for the Bolivar vs USD opened today at almost 24:1. The official rate is 4.3:1. It is already Hot as F in Havana as of this weekend, winter is definitely gone. John
