Some of you may recall my quest for a box of the H-Town Lanceros on New Year's Eve.
Here's how it started...

My lovely wife to drove me over to the shop on my birthday (1-4).

So, all was not lost. I started the new year with a bang.

50 days later, I was able to finally get back into my truck, and get reacquainted with it. Drove almost 200 miles today, just to bond and reminisce.

Here's how my truck is supposed to look. Shiny and clean. Not all caved in.

Tonight! I will smoke another Lancero in honor of this journey. I will enjoy it to the fullest extent possible. Quite possibly with a double dose of bourbon.

Oh, man. Totally missed that. Hope no one was hurt, and I'm glad you finally have your truck back! Finally getting the cigars is just icing on the cake.

He wasn't injured because it's built Ford tough!
Well typically truck vs car ends A LOT worse for the car haha

Girl in a car rear ended my mom's truck. Not a single dent on her truck but the front end of the girl's car was smashed in so bad! That's what you get for reaching for your cell phone on the floor while pulling up to a stop sign and not looking... :P

Very nice truck, glad that you finally got it back. And even more so, that you weren't injured! That's lucky for sure ;)

Agreed, it was luck neither of us were hurt. Although, I would have loved to put my boot in that dudes ass for running the light.

Glad you're ok and the truck is back! I'm going to have to try one of those H-Town Lancero's. I hear a lot of good things.

I'm surprised with that much damage that they didn't total your truck! Must be a really late model? And the repair costs seemed reasonable for all they had to do. I know what it's like to have your baby back after a long stay in Club Body Shop (it was never my fault either :) ), been there done that too many times. Glad no one was hurt, that's the main thing!

It's a 2013, probably worth about 25-30k at time of wreck. Texas requires 100% to total.

Man, now I kinda wish someone would hit MY truck. I have a few things that could use some replacing. :D

Then again, I think they would just total out an 11-year-old truck...

Well, I did have a door ding from my first visit to the gas station that needed fixing...this was just the long and drawn out version. :p
