Optimum wine serving temperature chart pdf

I can't speak to the validity of these temperatures, but if valid, a nice reference. Maybe one of our wine gurus can chime in. I do use Thermoworks thermometers, and they are the best I've found.

I've always taken wine temperatures with more than a grain of salt. Most wine was cellared (although some was caved) and cellars for most of the year are not as cold as the chart would suggest. So what is more important, 2-3 hundred years of tradition or 80 years of refrigeration?

AVB, Indeed! Tradition is something to seriously consider. Some of the information associated with many hobbies often smacks of marketing, and some find it hard to wade through all the crap. Some folks even getting a little neurotic over it. Current technology allows too much garbage to propagate far too fast and wide.
