So I ordered the half ounce bead tube.. The problem is I selected credit card and i confirmed the order, and it didn't even ask me for my Credit Card number. Is the order still good? How will I pay for it if they didn't ask me?

You may want to call them. I would say that if you did not give them your CC info then the order did not go through.
