our tsunami

I am wondering if ppl will be as willing to help as they were with the entire tsunami releif effort.. Will the world care? Or will the U.S. be left alone once again in a time of need. And will the hollywood elite come out to help their fellow countrymen?

Once again my prayers are with the ppl in this area and all the ppl effected by hurricane..
I urge ppl of this board to donate anything they can to the red cross and also to give blood in case this turns into a worse case scenario..

What do you think? The world wouldn't piss on us if we were on fire, despite our generosity to all but a few countries.

And the hollywood stars will be out in force (if they have a new movie to promote).

my parents have 12 guests and i have 4 in my one bedroom apartment. all my reletives live in south louisiana. they're all safe and sound here in houston. but my thoughts are with the families not so fortunate.

Sad... then again, they all see us as the rich and foolish. Serves us right when a disaster hits our doorstep. But woe is me when it hits theirs.
