I went to a B&M last week and we got to talking about PAM 64s. I understood the PAM to be a Nicaraguan Puro, but the owner of the shop said that if you go to Padron's factory, the box of wrappers have "From Mexico" on it. He's convinced that the spice in a Padron comes from a Mexican wrapper now and I'm sure the knowledge on this site can set the record straight. Any truth to the Mexican wrapper theory?
