I have 12 people coming for dinner tomorrow and we're having:

Roast Leg of Lamb marinaded in EVOO, lemon juice, garlic and rosemary
Ham with Maple syrup glaze for the Wasp's in the family
Roasted red potatoes with pearl onions
Mashed potatoes for the Wasp's in the family
Broccoli, sautéed in EVOO and topped with Parmesano Regiano
Green beans, for the Wasp's in the family
Ricotta pie with pineapple topping
Chocolate cream pie for the Wasp's in the family.

Hey, I got to keep the peace. It is Easter after all.
So, what are you all having?

I was going to make Tyropita (Greek cheese pie).

But as my wife has just given me a huge bag of easter eggs, and I did not buy her any as I thought she was still on a diet. ???

I guess I have a choice of having dinner with the dog in his house or take Wifey out to her favorite resturant :whistling:


I guess I will never learn..

Hell, that is almost 20 hours from now! How am i supposed to know what I am doing? I'll report later. But tonight I am going to hear some live blues. I will figure out an Easter connection to that somehow. Smoke 'em in good health, friends.
