Pet Food Recall

For the folks on the boards who share their homes with beloved animal companions the pet food recall has been pretty scary. It seems to change from day to day. Food that we feel we pay extra for and is supposed to be better for our pets sometimes is made by the same company making the cheap stuff. I found the link below which lists pet food comapnies and where the food is made and whether they use fillers and such, which seem to be the culprit in this whole mess. While it doesn't have every company listed, it will be updated as information becomes available. Hope it helps.

While we had to check the cats' food to see if it was affected by the recall, I had no worries about the dog, since his food is grain-free.

Spent over $500 on my babies due to this. Two consecutive days at the vet, sleepless nights and I still don't have an answer on my Bailey. Samantha passed with flying colors but, Bailey had issues so we had to go in for more tests. He ate the lions share of the food. The girl had the nerve to tell me that at least the bill on the second day wasn't as bad as the first. My response," I'll go broke, to save my dogs but, if one dies there will be hell to pay". I've contacted my lawyer and he is going to work. BASTARDS!!!! Where is their quality control. We're talking about family members here :angry: !!!!!
