Is that the same Michael Milken that NY U.S. Attorney Rudy Giuliani put in jail in the late 80's? Sure enough. Must have been a hell of a party. Glad I wasn't the photographer, "No Michael, it's probably not a good idea for you to stand behind Rudy with your hand on his shoulder, how about behind Governor Schwarzenegger?"

At least it was for a good cause, and I guess he has been out for a while, but still... seems strange.
