I am looking for some info on a good Pineau des Charentes.

What are some good brands? Where can I buy? What is a good price?

While you are correct that the proper spelling is Pineau Des Charentes, the name it goes by is Pineau De Charentes.

Do a Froogle search for Pineau De Charentes and you'll find plenty.
