I can't seem to get into the poker room, checked my password that seems okay. When I put in my credentials and hit enter button nothing happens?

I got in with no issue, but I can't reset my chip count to 1000.

I re-registered, I changed my email address about a month ago. My email address in the poker room was my old one. I changed it to my new one and it works now.
