we have recieved limited boxes and Habanos advised it might not make any more production of these cigars since they were discontinued in 2002.

Could you please explain how one of the online vendors I frequent and know to be very reliable states on their website about these cigars...: "Last Factory Code is KMM NOV 04 and was received on 19 Jan 05 This does not guarantee you will get the same code since stock is continuously changing." Yet you state that they were discontinued in 2002? Granted they are out of stock at the moment but.....

The PLPC's were on the "to be" discontinued list, but production didn't ever really stop, though they have been very hard to come by as I assume they only produced a smaller quantity than before. Add to the hard to find category because when they were listed to be discontinued, people ran out and bought them all up and continue to do so. This is Habanos SA marketing, plain and simple.

I just recieved an '06 box from a trusted vendor. They had them in stock for all of 2 days about a month ago.

Thanks guys! I know they're harder then hen's teeth to find, I've been dying to try a few but every place I look for them their either very over priced or out of stock. But I guess hunting them down will be 1/2 the fun! The vendor I quoted sells them for $100.00 less then what's been quoted here so, I'll just have to keep on searching!
