how do I post a pic?

Slider, the search function is your friend on this one.
There have been numerous posts on this subject...

First you need to find a site to host your pics; I use http://photobucket.com (but there are lots of sites out there).
When you post a message click on the "insert image" button and enter the url of the picture.
