Truman was the haberdasher, or full service men's clothier. As for the swivel chair, Truman had one made for him that I think is still in service in the White House (Dennis?). However, Thomas Jefferson gets the credit.

Edit to add: I used to employ goats to keep the lawn in check. Sheep tend to pull grass out by the roots. Thanks Doc!
