It looks like you already did what I would have done.
 
I was going to say shoot him a PM and see if there is some sort of agreement you can come to about the reduction of price.  Just remember that whatever happens, you made a deal at price A, not price B.
 
Curious though, how long was it between you making the deal with this person and the price drop?

He posted the sale at about 730pm.
 
We exchanged PMs with addresses and payment confirmation between 800-830pm that same evening.
 
The next day at 620pm he posted the reduction in price.
