Sir Robert Peel established the London Metropolitan Police Force in 1829 and s known as the Father of modern policing. His Commissioners established a list of policing principles that is still relevant to this day. Given the background of Protocol's creators, it makes sense to name a cigar line after this man. 1/3: Really smooth. Fresh cut hay.
2/3: Pepper spice and nutmeg.
3/3: I had to set this down to get the kids ready for the pool and unfortunately it went out. After purging, ashng and relighting it came back with some BBQ and wood notes. II don't know if the final third would have naturally had these notes, but moving onward iit eventually settled into a nice steak flavor.
This was a really nice cigar and one that I would absolutely smoke again. This goes onto my next updated Recommended and Liked list.
