i was sad when the rangers forced pudge out.
but if he had stayed with these bums, there's
no way he would have a world series ring!
i've been a fan of pudge since he entered the
league in'90. my fondest memory of the ballpark
in arlinton is him gunning down a guy trying to
steal 2nd to end a game against the orioles. it
was something that had to be seen live to be
truly appreciated, kinda like you don't get the
sense of speed of a car race unless you see it
live. his pop up and throw was so quick and
accurate. thanks for the memory pudge, and
congrats on the ring, you deserve it.

I second that...even as a Yankee fan I loved seeing Pudge finally get a ring. Well deserved. The Marlins outplayed the Yankees all series long...Congrats to all the Marlin fans....now just don't sell off the team and we might see you next year :D

I say its a good bet that you might see both Pudge and Beckitt in pin stripes in the very near future :0

yea. makes you feel sorry for his ex team mate arod. ( ok, maybe not)

oh my god nooooooooooo!!!!!!!
please don't go to the dark side pudge! :(

Yeah it was great to see Pudge finally win a ring. Hated when the Rangers let him go but I'm glad for his sake. I too hope that he doesn't go to the dar side !!

One of the complaints some analysts use to throw at Pudge was that he couldn't call a game with a slow pitcher. I don't know what kind of glue those clowns were sniffing, Pudge is one, if not the best catcher in the majors.
