Short answer... you can't anymore, that I know of.
 
I would go with habanos that are on the cut list like Ramone Allones 898v and also the ELs. They may bring some back that have been/ will be cut, you never know.
 
There might be some of the Asian AVO 22's available in Japan/Hong Kong. They were 6x43 instead of the US 5 7/8x50
 
There was a vendor that still had a few cylinders of the 22's for sale a couple of months back but they may be gone by now. He was selling them for a pretty hefty premium anyway as I recall. Something like $375 IIRC.
